Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na charakteristiku dětského aerobiku a její možnosti využití ve vyučovacím procesu tělesné výchovy jako zájmové činnosti na ZŠ. Teoretická část předává přehled věkových a vývojových zvláštností mladšího školního věku, vliv aerobiku na dětský organismus, význam a výhody cvičení a hlavně zásady bezpečnosti při cvičení s dětmi.
