Analysis of the bullying prevention programs in upper grades of primary schools in Znojmo

Abstract:

Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou preventivních programů v boji proti šikaně na 2. stupni základních škol ve Znojmě. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je definován pojem šikana, dále jsou zde shrnuty dostupné informace o formách, stupních a účastnících šikany. V práci jsou rovněž uvedeny příčiny šikany. Nastíněna je i spolupráce se školními poradenskými pracovišti a zařízeními na základních školách. Teoretickou část uzavírá kapitola o minimálním preventivním programu. Obsahem praktické části je zjištění, na jaké základní škole ve Znojmě se ocitá nejvíce žáků v roli oběti. Pro školu, která vyšla z šetření nejhůře, byl vytvořen vlastní preventivní program.

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the bullying prevention programs in upper grades of primary schools in Znojmo. A theoretical part defines the term bullying and gathers the pieces of available information about forms, stages, and participants of bullying. This part also deals with the causes of bullying. It also includes an outline of cooperation with school counseling centers and facilities at primary schools. The theoretical part is closed by the chapter about the Minimum preventive program. The practical part also contains diagnose, at which primary school in Znojmo occur the most pupils in the role of the victim. For that school, which has resulted as the one with the highest number of victims, has been created its own bullying prevention program.
