The Agency Employment in Theory and Practice

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce, jak už název naznačuje, se zabývá relativně mladým institutem agenturního zaměstnávání, které je jednou z činností, které lze podřadit pod institut zprostředkování zaměstnání podle zákona č. 434/2004 zákona o zaměstnanosti. Objektivně popisuje procesy, ke kterým v rámci agenturního zaměstnávání dochází, podmínky, za kterých mohou agentury práce poskytovat služby a dále popisuje práva a tomu odpovídající povinnost stran v rámci agenturního zaměstnávání. Přitom zohledňuje obecnou interpretaci právních norem, které je potřeba vztáhnout na tento institut. Menší část práce je věnována situaci na trhu práce a stavu zaměstnanosti v roce 2018.

Abstract:

The content of this Master thesis, as the names suggests, deals with a relatively young institute of agency employment. The agency employment is one of the activities which can be subsumed under the mediating employment institute under the Act no. 434/2004 of the Employment Act. The Master thesis objectively describes the processes occurring in the context of agency employment occurs, the conditions under which employment agencies to provide services and describes the rights and the corresponding obligation of the parties in the agency employment. The Master thesis takes into account the general interpretation of legal norms that need to be applied to this institute. A minor part of the Master thesis is devoted to the situation on the labour market and employment in 2018.
