Attitudes of the selected sample of nursing care recievers towards nursing care in medical facilities

Abstract:

Diplomová práce "Postoje vybraného souboru osob ošetřovatelské péče k ošetřovatelské péči ve zdravotnických zařízeních" je prací s výzkumným zaměřením (kvantitativní observační analytický design). Předmětem zkoumání byla problematika postojů pacientů k ošetřovatelské péči v nemocnici. Byly zkoumány statisticky významné rozdíly mezi postoji pacientů k prožívání nemoci, postoji pacientů k přístupu zdravotnického personálu a postoji pacientů k nemocničnímu prostředí. Do zkoumaného souboru bylo zařazeno 80 pacientů ve stabilizovaném stavu hospitalizovaných na interním oddělení jedné z nemocnic. Nástrojem ke sběru dat byl dotazník vlastní tvorby. Získaná data byla zakódována a následně vyhodnocena. K vyhodnocení dat byly využity metody deskriptivní statistiky (výpočty absolutní a relativní četnosti, aritmetický průměr a směrodatná odchylka). V rámci induktivní statistiky byly využity párový Wilcoxonův test pro závislé výběry a Spearmanova korelace.

Abstract:

The master thesis "Attitudes of the selected sample of nursing care receivers' towards nursing care in medical facilities" is a work with research direction (quantitative observational analytical design). The subject of research was problematics of patients' attitudes towards nursing care in hospitals. There were investigated the statistically significant differences between the attitudes of patients to their illness, the attitudes of patients to healthcare professionals' approach and the attitudes of patients to the hospital environment. The selected sample consisted of 80 patients in stabilised state hospitalized on internal ward of one of the hospitals. The tool for collecting the data was an author's-made questionnaire. To evaluate the obtained data the methods of descriptive statistics were used (absolute and relative frequency, arithmetic means and standard deviation). Next there were used the methods of inductive statistics such as the paired two-samples Wilcoxon's test and Spearman correlation.
