The process of financial counselling in the workplaces of the Czech Post, state enterprise
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce řeší stupeň dostupnosti finančního poradenství pro populaci. Ukazuje na spolupráci mezi Českou poštou, s. p. a institucemi poskytujícími finanční služby: ČSOB, Českomoravská stavební spořitelna. Řeší otázku vzdělávání obchodních prodejců, aby byli plně kvalifikovaní při nabízení a prodeji finančních produktů. Zabývá se současnou situací a nabízí i možné návrhy na zlepšení.
Abstract:
Bachelor?s work solves a degree of availability financial counselling for population. It shows the cooperation between the Czech post, state enterprise and institutions, which provide financial services: CSOB, Ceskomoravska stavebni sporitelna.
