Abstract:

Jádrem diplomová práce s názvem "Jednotné zemědělství na Roudnicku (1949-1960)" je éra kolektivizace v bývalém okrese Roudnice nad Labem. Symbolem tohoto období je Jednotné zemědělské družstvo. Text popisuje vznik, fungování, financování, úpadek, proces slučování a konsolidace družstev. Rovněž je kladen důraz na to, jací lidé v závodech pracovali a jak smýšleli. Jak se vyvíjel střet mezi soukromým a socialistickým sektorem na venkově. Rozsah práce je však širší a mapuje vývoj družstevnictví v Českých zemích od poloviny 19. století, kdy vznikla první družstva a končí v polovině 60. let 20. století konsolidovanými Jednotnými zemědělskými družstvy. Veškeré události jsou zasazeny do hospodářských a politických souvislostí komunistického Československa.

Abstract:

The core of the diploma thesis entitled "Unified agriculture in Roudnice region (1949- 1960)" is the era of collectivization in the former district of Roudnice nad Labem. The symbol of this period is the United Agricultural Cooperative. The text describes the creation, functioning, financing, bankruptcy, process of merger and consolidation of cooperatives. Emphasis is also placed on what kind of people worked in the plants and how they thought. How the clash between the private and socialist sectors in the countryside developed. However, the scope of the work is wider and maps the development of cooperatives in the Czech Lands from the mid-19th century, when the first cooperatives were established, and ends in the mid-60s of the 20th century with the consolidated Unified Agricultural Cooperatives. All events are set in the economic and political context of communist Czechoslovakia.
