Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma "Analýza interní komunikace ve vybraném zdravotnickém zařízení", konkrétně v Nemocnici Jindřichův Hradec, a. s., je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část popisuje téma komunikace obecně a větší pozornost je věnována oblasti interní komunikace. V praktické části práce je představena akciová společnost Nemocnice Jindřichův Hradec a interpretovány výsledky dotazníkového šetření, týkajícího se analýzy interní komunikace a provedeného v této instituci. Dle výsledků dotazníkového šetření jsou v závěru práce doporučeny návrhy na zlepšení této problematiky v Nemocnici Jindřichův Hradec, a.s.

Abstract:

The theme of this diploma thesis is: The analysis of internal communication in selected medical facility, the hospital Jindřichův Hradec, is devided into two parts. The theoretical part describes the topic of communication in general and more attention is paid to internal communication. The practical part introduces the join-stock company The hospital Jindřichův Hradec. The results of questionnaire survey on the analysis of internal communication are interpreted in this part. According to the results of the questionnaire at the end of this thesis I would like to recommend proposals to improve this issue in The hospital Jindřichův Hradec.
