Development and marketing promotion of an online ordering system

Abstract:

Diplomová práce pojednává o tvorbě a následné marketingové propagaci online objednávkového systému pro restaurace. Jsou rozebrány důležité technologie, které se při vývoji podobných systémů používají, nejrůznější postupy, zásady tvorby, ale také způsoby a konkrétní příklady marketingové propagace. Práce obsahuje ukázky přímo z daného objednávkového systému, zákulisí jeho tvorby a podrobnou funkcionalitu. V rámci marketingové propagace jsou provedeny analýzy konkurenčního prostředí a trhu s podobnými systémy. Analýze je podrobeno jak vnitřní, tak vnější okolí podniku. Na základě výstupů z analytické části je návrhová část práce věnována návrhu PPC kampaní, které budou následně sloužit k online marketingové propagaci daného systému. Tato část pojednává také o způsobech a zásadách tvorby kampaní či rozdílech v propagaci produktů a služeb. Výstupem je návrh struktury PPC kampaní, včetně podrobností v rámci jednotlivých sítí, návrhu klíčových slov, rozboru cílových skupin, metrik, způsobů měření a vyhodnocování dat či dalších důležitých součástí marketingové propagace jako je analytika a využití dalších reklamních systémů a kanálů. Výstupy z této diplomové práce, jak již bylo zmíněno, budou využity při marketingové propagaci objednávkového systému Foodyn. Informace, obsažené v této práci, mohou být rovněž využity jako inspirace či tipy k tvorbě PPC kampaní v případě propagace služeb nebo produktů.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis discusses the creation and subsequent marketing promotion of an online ordering system for restaurants. Important technologies used in the development of similar systems, various procedures, principles of creation, but also methods and specific examples of marketing promotion are analyzed. The thesis contains samples directly from the given ordering system, behind the scenes of its creation and detailed functionality. As part of marketing promotion, analyzes of the competitive environment and the market with similar systems are carried out. Both the internal and external surroundings of the company are subjected to analysis. Based on the outputs from the analytical part, the design part of the work is dedicated to the design of PPC campaigns, which will subsequently be used for the online marketing promotion of the given system. This section also discusses the ways and principles of creating campaigns or the differences in the promotion of products and services. The output is the design of the PPC campaign structure, including details within individual networks, keyword design, analysis of target groups, metrics, methods of measuring and evaluating data or other important parts of marketing promotion such as analytics and the use of other advertising systems and channels. The outputs from this thesis, as already mentioned, will be used in the marketing promotion of the Foodyn ordering system. The information contained in this work can also be used as inspiration or tips for creating PPC campaigns in the case of promoting services or products.
