Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá dopady Covid-19 na spokojenost a loajalitu ná-vštěvníků hotelových služeb. Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je identifikovat nejvýznamnější změny v chování návštěvníků hotelových služeb u vybraného seg-mentu způsobené pandemií Covid-19. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the effects of Covid-19 on the satisfaction and loyal-ty of visitors of hotel services. The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to identify the most significant changes in the behaviour of hotel visitors in a selected seg-ment caused by the Covid-19.
