Tato diplomová práce se zabývá sledováním tvorby biofilmu u bakterií izolovaných z chronických ran. Práce zahrnuje informace o vzniku biofilmu, jeho funkci a vlivu na hojení ran. Abstract:
This thesis deals with monitoring of biofilm formation in bacteria isolated from chronic wounds. The work includes informations about biofilm formation, its function and influence on wound healing. The thesis also describes bacteria isolated from chronic wounds and treatment for the removal and prevention of biofilm.
