Abstract:
Pracovní poměr vzniká zejména na základě pracovní smlouvy, jako dvoustranný právní úkon. Právní úprava pracovního práva stanovuje práva a povinnosti účastníků pracovně právních vztahů a podmínky pro vznik, změny a skončení těchto vztahů.
Abstract:
Work contract is based on work agreement as a double – sided legal act. The legal regulation of legal law determines rights and duties of the participants and conditions for foundations, alterations and expiring of these relations.
