Prekariát, alebo taktiež prekarizácia práce je fenomén moderných pracovných trhov tržnej ekonomiky. Dá sa charakterizovať ako pracujúca spoločnosť, ktorej príslušníci však nemajú zaručené viaceré sociálne istoty spojené s titulom pracujúcej či zamestnanej osoby.
