Abstract:

Nováková, N. Gender management z pohledu manažerek. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2022. Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma Gender management, konkrétně z pohledu manažerek. Nejdříve jsou vymezeny základní pojmy pojící se s tématem. Následně je proveden samotný výzkum, kde jsou stanoveny výzkumné otázky. Pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a dotazníkového šetření jsou tyto výzkumné otázky zodpovězeny a na závěr je zpracované doporučení na efektivnější gender management.

Nováková, N. Gender management from the perspective of female managers. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2022. This bachelor thesis is focused on the topic of gender management, specifi-cally from the perspective of female managers. In the beginning the basic concepts related to the topic are defined. Subsequently, the research itself is performed, where the research questions are determined. With the help of semi-structured interviews and a questionnaire survey, these research questions are answered. Finally, recommendation for more effective gender management is made.
