Establishment and termination of employment relationship of employee in the public service

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce „Vznik a skončení zaměstnaneckého poměru ve veřejné správě“ se zabývá pracovní smlouvou, jako nejdůležitějším dokumentem pracovněprávních vztahů a to jak z pohledu vzniku, tak i z pohledu skončení pracovního poměru. V práci najdeme srovnání mezi pracovními poměry ve veřejném sektoru – státní správě a samosprávě a také soukromoprávní úpravu. V další části se věnuji podrobnému rozboru pracovní smlouvy, jako takové, jejím náležitostem, flexibilitě při jejím vzniku a skončení na straně zaměstnance i zaměstnavatele. V předposlední části představuji pracovněprávní úpravu, podle které se řídí můj zaměstnanecký poměr. Na závěr hodnotím svoje poznatky a porovnám s praxí běžnou ve svém zaměstnání, které svou působností spadá do oblasti veřejné správy.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis "Establishment and termination of the employment relationship in the public service" deals with employment contract, as the most important document of labor relations, both in terms of establishment and in terms of termination of employment. The work consists of the comparison between working conditions in the public sector – central and local goverment and private law too. The next section is devoted to a detailed analysis of the employment contract, as such, its requirements, flexibility in the establishment and termination to the employee and employer. In the last part I present employment arrangements by which they are governed my employment. In conclusion, I evaluate and compare their findings with the practice routine in their jobs that their scope falls within the field of public administration.
