Tématem bakalářské práce je komunikace v konkrétním hotelu. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, zda manažeři znají obecné zásady komunikace a jak je využívají při řízení konkrétního hotelu. Topic of this bachelor’s thesis is communication in the particular hotel. The aim of the dissertation is to verify if managers of the hotel know principles communication and if they use them in the right way while managing the hotel.
