Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematickými otázkami souvisejícími se smluvní pokutou v obchodněprávních vztazích. První část práce je zaměřena na jednotlivé aspekty platného ujednání o smluvní pokutě, přičemž zvláštní pozornost je věnována výši smluvní pokuty.
