Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je zachycení procesu rozpočtování a vývoje státního dluhu, respektive schodků rozpočtů v České republice. Hlavní pozornost bude věnována rozboru nástrojů financování státního dluhu.
Abstract:
The purpose of this thesis is to describe the process of budgeting and the development of the public debt as well as the development of the budget deficits in Czech Republic. The main attention will be dedicated to the analysis of instruments used for financing of public debt.
