Business plan for the company development
Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce je „ Podnikatelský záměr na rozvoj firmy “ vypracování podnikatelského záměru na reálné firmě. Teoretická část je zaměřena na základní charakteristiku fungující firmy na trhu. V praktické části se firma analyzuje jednotlivýma vnitřními a vnějšími analýzami, které se následně vyhodnotí. Na závěr je v práci zhodnocení a vlastní návrhy pro danou firmu na zlepšení a rozvoj.
Abstract:
The thesis is "Business plan development firms" develop a business plan for a real company. The theoretical part focuses on the basic characteristics of firms operating in the market. In the practical part, the company analyzes jednotlivýma internal and external analyzes, which are subsequently evaluated. Finally in work evaluation and suggestion to the firm for the improvement and development.
