Waste of food by consumers in gastronomic establishments

Plýtvání potravinami konzumenty v gastro provozech
Abstract:
The aim of the diploma thesis is to identify and understand the factors that lead the guests of the selected gastronomic establishment to waste food. Primary and secondary data collection will be used to obtain relevant data. Based on the findings of the experiment and deep interviews, recommendations will be made that should help prevent and reduce food waste.
Abstract:
Diplomová práce má za cíl zjistit a pochopit faktory, které vedou hosty vybraného gastro provozu k plýtvání potravinami. Pro získání relevantních dat bude využit primární a sekundární sběr dat. Na základě poznatků z experimentu a hloubkových rozhorů budou stanovena doporučení, která by měla pomoci předcházet plýtvání potravinami a tím jej snížit.
