Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou spokojenosti a loajality zákazníků v gastronomických zařízeních. This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of customer satisfaction and loyalty in gastronomic businesses. Based on the questionnaire survey, the aim of this thesis is to determine the level of customer satisfaction of quality factors and to evaluate their impact on customer loyalty.
