Cílem bakalářské práce je stanovení optimálního vedení firmy. Práce se zaměřuje na fáze krize a jednotlivé řešení, jak docílit ideální optimalizace s použitím správných technik a strategii. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to determine the optimal management of the company. The work focuses on the phase of the crisis and individual solutions to achieve ideal optimization using the right techniques and strategies.
