Abstract:
Tato práce bude sloužit k pochopení metod manažerského rozhodování pro výběr optimálního řešení ve firmě. Jsou zde popsány manažerské procesy doplněné o konkrétní příklady a jak probíhá manažerské rozhodování na konkrétním příkladu.
Abstract:
This work will serve to understand the methods of managerial decision-making in choosing the optimal solution in the company. There are described the managerial processes presented in a specific example and how the managerial decision-making on the particular example pro-ceeds.
