Práce popisuje právní rámec a obecnou charakteristiku hypotečních úvěrů a úvěrů ze stavebního spoření. Porovnává a vyhodnocuje nabídky hypotečních úvěrů a úvěrů ze stavebního spoření vybraných finančních institucí v České republice. My work describes legal framework and common characteristic of the mortgage credits and building saving credits. It compares and evaluates the mortgage credits and building saving supply of chosen financial institutions in Czech republic.
