Tato práce se zabývá vyčerpáním práv z duševního vlastnictví na vnitřním trhu EU se zaměřením na autorská a související práva. V obecné části analyzuje vývoj judikatury Soudního dvora EU a následně i unijní legislativy upravující vyčerpání práv.
