Legal Risks of Brokerage Contracts in Real Estates
Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je představit zprostředkovatelskou smlouvu jako pojmenovaný smluvní typ, zanalyzovat a porovnat současnou a připravovanou právní úpravu vztahů vznikajících mezi realitními zprostředkovateli a jejich klienty, představit rizika, která zprostředkovatelská smlouva představuje pro obě smluvní strany, a v neposlední řadě provést komparaci právní úpravy se soudobou praxí.

The main focus of this thesis is to present brokerage contract as a specified type of contracts, to analyze and compare the current and forthcoming legislation of relationships between real estate brokers and their clients, to introduce risks that are of immediate interest for both parties of brokerage contract, and finally to make a comparison of current legislation with the contemporary practice …more
