Tato diplomová práce se zabývá kvalitou výuky odborných předmětů v gastronomických oborech. Teoretická část vymezí pojem gastronomie i to jaké obory se dají v gastronomii studovat. Dále se práce zaměřuje na kvalitu výuky a na faktory, které ji mohou ovlivňovat. This diploma thesis deals with the quality of the teaching of profes-sional subjects in gastronomy. The theoretical part defines the concept of gastronomy and what fields can be studied in gastronomy. Fur-thermore, the work focuses on the quality of teaching and on the fac-tors that can influence it.
