Abstract:

Úvod: Tématem mé bakalářské práce je využití fyzioterapie při kompenzaci bolesti zad u tanečníka společenských tanců s horním zkříženým syndromem. Cíl: Cílem práce je přispět k řešení problematiky fyzioterapie volbou vhodných fyzioterapeutických postupů, metod a konceptů ve společenském tanci u vybraného probanda s diagnózou horního zkříženého syndromu. Metodika: Zpracovala jsem kazuistiku 15letého probanda s bolestivostí zad v přechodu hrudní a bederní páteře a s horním zkříženým syndromem. U probanda byl proveden rentgen páteře a lékařem doporučena rehabilitace. Na základě vstupního kineziologického rozboru (vyšetření aspekcí a palpací, antropometrie, goniometrie, svalový test, vyšetření pohybových stereotypů, zkrácených struktur, hypermobility, stabilizace trupu a speciálních testů) byl stanoven krátkodobý fyzioterapeutický plán. Samotná fyzioterapeutická intervence byla sestavena z 10 terapií během dvou měsíců s využitím technik měkkých tkání, kineziotapu, postizometrické relaxace, postfacilitačního strečinku, dynamické neuromuskulární facilitace, akrální koaktivační terapie, proprioceptivní neuromuskulární facilitace, Brügger konceptu, theragunu a jiné. Po třetí, páté a osmé terapii bylo provedeno kontrolní vyšetření pro zjištění účinnosti doposud provedených terapií. Na konci fyzioterapeutické intervence byl proveden výstupní kineziologický rozbor a na jeho základě byl probandovi navržen dlouhodobý fyzioterapeutický plán. Výsledky: Díky využití fyzioterapeutických postupů, metod a konceptů došlo u probanda k redukci bolesti zad, obnovení rozsahu pohybu v krční páteři, změně dechového stereotypu a aktivaci trupové stabilizace. Proband subjektivně pociťuje, že je více narovnaný. Za největší úspěch ale považuji změnu držení rámu ve standardních tancích, kde jsou vidět největší změny a kde došlo ke správnému zapojení lopatek. Dále proband pochopil důležitost cvičení a hlavní motivací pro něj bylo zlepšení výkonu v tancování. Závěr: Práce mě obohatila o nové zkušenosti v oblasti fyzioterapie ve společenském tanci. Tyto zkušenosti bych dále chtěla využít v tomto sportu u nás v tanečním klubu v Litoměřicích a zlepšit tím tak taneční výkony párů.

Abstract:

Introduction: The topic of my bachelor thesis is the use of physiotherapy to compensate for back pain of ballroom dancer with a upper crossed syndrome. Aim: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to contribute to solving the problems of physiotherapy by choosing optimal physiotherapeutic procedures, methods and concepts in ballroom dancing for a selected patient with a upper crossed syndrome diagnosis. Methodology: I processed a case report of a 15 years old patient with back pain in the transition of the thoracic and lumbar spine and with a upper crossed syndrome. X- ray of the spine was performed on the patient and rehabilitation was recommended by a doctor. A short-term physioterapeutic plan was determined on the basis of the initial kinesiological examination (examination of aspects and palpations, anthropometry, goniometry, muscle test, examination of movement stereotypes, shortened structures, hypermobility, hull stabilization and special tests). The physioterapeutic intervention was composed of 10 therapies over two months using soft tissue techniques, kinesiotape, postisometric relaxation, postfacilitation stretching, dynamic neuromuscular facilitation, acral coactivation therapy, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, Brügger concept, theragun and other. A control examination to determine the effectiveness of therapies was performed after the third, fifth and eighth therapy. Output kinesiological examination was performed at the end of the physioterapeutic intervention and on the basis of it a long-term physioterapeutic plan was proposed to the patient. Results: The use of physiotherapeutic procedures, methods and concepts led to reduction of back pain, restoration of cervical spine range of motion, change in breathing pattern and activation of core musculature contributing to proband's torso stabilisation. I believe a change of posture to be the main success factor in standard dances where in the biggest improvement can be seen as well as correct conection of the shoulder blades. The proband understood the importance of exercise and the improvement of dance performance was his main motivation during the therapies. Conclusion: This work brought me new enriching experiences in the field of ballroom dance physiotherapy. I intend to use these findings in this sport within our dance club in Litoměřice and improve the performance of dance couples.
