Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza voleb do zastupitelstva městské části Ostrava - Poruba v letech 2018 a 2022. V teoretické části pojednáváme zejména o historii a současnosti Poruby. Definujeme obec, její samosprávní orgány, symboly a také vymezujeme obecné pojmy související s volbami a volebním právem. Abstract:
The aim of the bachelor's thesis is the analysis of the elections to the municipal council of Ostrava - Poruba in 2018 and 2022. In the theoretical part, we mainly discuss the history and present of Poruba. We define the municipality, its self-governing bodies and symbols, and also define general terms related to elections and the right to vote.
