Specifics of french legal language
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis describes basic features of french legal language. It is focused on legal vocabulary, the way of creating words, its meaning, the determination of its relation, on the features of legal discourses, concretelly legislative, juridical discourse and discourse of common law. It is addressed to all who are interested in french legal language.
Abstract:
Práce popisuje základní rysy francouzského právního jazyka. Je zaměřena na slovní zásobu právního jazyka, způsob tvorby slov, jejich význam, včetně určení vztahů mezi nimi, na charakteristiku právních projevů v oblasti legislativní, soudní a zvykového práva. Práce je určena všem, kteří se zajímají o právní francouzštinu.
