Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit stav Public relations na Univerzitě Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně a navrhnout opatření ke zlepšení stavu PR aktivit. Zhodnocení současného stavu PR vychází z teoreticko-metodologické části, na kterou navazuje analýza PR aktivit a zhodnocení budování jednotného chování organizace vůči vnější i vnitřní veřejnosti.
