Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je provedení rozboru problematiky vytváření evropské bankovní unie z hledisek jejího poslání a možností fungování. Práce se zaměřuje nejen na mechanismy fungování evropské bankovní unie ale především na diskusi odborníků a významných evropských institucí ohledně základních principů jejího fungování a směřování. Součástí práce je také prezentace názorů z pohledu států, které se o členství v bankovní unii mohou dobrovolně rozhodnout. Na závěr práce je uveden přehledný souhrn názorů a postojů, včetně osobního názoru autora k problematice utváření a budoucího směřování bankovní unie.

Abstract:

The goal of the thesis is an analysis of the issue of creating the European union bank regarding its mission and the possibility of functioning. The work focuses not only on the mechanisms of a European union bank but also on discussion of experts and important European institutions regarding fundamental principles of its functioning and future development. The work also presents opinions from the perspective of countries that can voluntarily decide whether they want to join the European union bank or not. In the last part of the thesis there is a summary of opinions and attitudes, including the author's personal opinion on the issue of the formation and future development of the banking union.
