Mikrociny jsou skupinou geneticky kódovaných nízkomolekulárních antibakteriálních peptidů produkovaných bakteriemi čeledi Enterobacteriaceae. Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl přehledné zpracování dosavadních poznatků o mikrocinech v oblastech jejich základní charakteristiky a klasifikace, syntézy, exportu a letálních účinků. Microcins are gene-encoded low molecular weight antibacterial peptides produced by some enterobacterial strains. The goal of this bachelor thesis is to summarize the knowledge about microcins including their basic characterization, classification, synthesis, export and lethal effect.
