Cílem práce bylo popsat vývoj a zhodnotit změny v pramenech práva zabývajících se trestní odpovědností mladistvých na území České republiky. Práce sleduje trestní právo od počátků feudálního státu na našem území a první zmínky o odlišném trestném stíhání osob mladistvých zaznamenává již na přelomu 14. a 15. století v městských zákonech. The aim was to describe the evolution and assess changes in the sources of law dealing with juvenile criminal responsibility on the area of Czech Republic in the history. This work watches the criminal law from the feudal state on our territory.
