Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá plánem pro založení nového podniku. Jejím cílem je sestavení podnikatelského plánu pro konkrétní zakládající podnik v oblasti hostinské činnosti. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část obsahuje základní pojmy, od kterých se autorka dostane až k samotné struktuře podnikatelského plánu. This bachelor's thesis deals with the plan for establishing a new business. Its goal is to draw up a business plan for a specific founding company in the field of hospitality. The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part contains basic concepts, from which the author gets to the structure of the business plan.
