Criminological Characteristics and of a Typical Theft-Trace

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá tématem kriminalistická charakteristika a typické stopy krádeží. Pro uvedení do dané problematiky je nejprve vysvětlen rozdíl mezi trestným činem a přestupkem. Dále se práce věnuje typickým kriminalistickým stopám, jejich charakteristice a rozdělení. V dalších částích se zabývá charakteristikou krádeží, popisuje nejrozšířenější typy krádeží, typické vyšetřovací verze, zvláštnosti následných etap vyšetřování, v závěru práce je uvedené zapojení veřejnosti do vyšetřování a kriminalistická prevence s příklady preventivních programů prováděných Policií České republiky.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the theme of the criminological characteristics and of the typical theft-trace. In the introduction to the issue the author explains the difference between a crime and a violation. The thesis explains the typical criminological traces, their characteristics and their types. In the next parts the thesis concentrates on the characteristics of thefts, describes the most common types of thefts, the typical investigatory versions, the specialities of the following stages of the investigation. The involvement of public and the criminological preventive measures are described in the concluding part of the thesis as well as the examples of the preventive programmes organised by the Police of the Czech Republic.
