Abstract:

Magisterská diplomová práce Architektura v československém hraném filmu třicátých let 20. století se zabývá zastoupením filmové architektury a reálných exteriérů ve filmech předválečných let. Snahou práce je poukázat na vývoj, tvůrce i charakter zobrazené architektury a urbanistické koncepce, které se objevují ve snímcích daného období, a jejich využití pro rovinu vyprávěcí a významovou. Důraz je kladen i na otázku, zda byly v případě natáčení v exteriérech použity i interiéry staveb, nebo jestli převažovalo natáčení v ateliérech.

Abstract:

The Thesis The architecture in Czechoslovak movies in 1930s deals with the representation of architecture and real exteriors in films in pre-war years. The aim of this work is to show the development, the creators and character of portrayal architecture and urban design, appearing in films of this period, and their use for narrative and semantic level. Emphasis is also placed on the question whether, in the case of shooting exteriors and interiors were used buildings, or if shooting in the studio predominated.
