Bakalářská práce sestává ze tři částí. V první, teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy, shrnut vývoj památkové péče a hodnot památek a hlavním cílem je analýza postupů a metodických přístupů oceňování historického a památkově chráněného stavebního fondu.
