Tato rigorózní práce se zabývá problematikou vymáhání nedoplatků vzniklých v rámci tzv. „dělené správy“, k jejichž vymáhání jsou oprávněny orgány Celní správy České republiky. This doctoral degree thesis deals with problems of exaction of payment „divided administration“, in which bodies of Customs Administration of the Czech Republic are entitled. Primary objective of the thesis is concerned with individual methods of execution of money claims.
