The bachelor thesis deals with juvenile crime in the Zlín Region. The theoretical part deals with the definition of basic concepts that are closely related to the issue of juvenile delinquency. The following chapters of the theoretical part deal with the juvenile justice system and the measures imposed on juveniles for their unlawful behaviour.
