Financing transport facilities with regard to harmonization of economic conditions
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřená na posouzení fungování sytému veřejné dopravy a také předložení návrhů vedoucích k harmonizaci ekonomických podmínek ve veřejné dopravě. Návrhy jsou zpracovány nejen z pohledu zadavatele veřejné služby (Ministerstvo dopravy ČR, kraj), ale také z pohledu dopravců.
Abstract:
The work focuses on evaluation of system functioning in public transport and also presentation of suggestions which lead to harmonization of economic conditions in public transport. These suggestions are processed not only from a perspetive of a submitter of the public service (Ministry of Transport of the Czech republic, Region), but also from the view of transporters.
