Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na programy bytové politiky, na problematiku bydlení – nejdůležitější potřebu člověka. Posuzuje stávající programy bytové politiky, řešení problémů daných sociálních skupin lidí. S rostoucími náklady na bydlení předkládá stanovení minimálních standardů bydlení, předpokládaných pro dosažení dostupnosti bydlení jednotlivých domácností.
