Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na možnost využití kapilární elektroforézy pro speciaci anorganických i organických specií selenu s využitím UV detekce. Abstract:
This thesis is focused on applicability of capillary electrophoresis for speciation of inorganic and organic selenium compounds with UV detection. For electroosmotic flow suppression, internal polyacrylamide coating is used.
