Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se soustřeďuje na problematiku tématu střídavé péče, jako jedné z forem porozovodového uspořádání. Cílem této práce je popsat střídavou péči se zaměřením na její kladné a záporné stránky. Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá pojmem rodina, jejím vývojem skrz různá časová období a její proměnou v současnosti. Poté se věnuje tématu manželství, a to nejenom jejímu významu, ale i podmínkami, jež jsou důležité pro uzavření manželství. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na rozvodovou problematiku, najdeme zde nejenom vývoj rozvodu, ale i jeho typy. Rozvod je popsán z právního hlediska, a jaký má vliv na vnímání a reakce dítěte. Současně je i tato kapitola zaměřena i na formy porozvodového soužití, kam spadá výhradní péče jednoho z rodičů a společná péče. V této kapitole se setkáme i s problematikou syndromu zavrženého rodiče, který je s porozvodovou tématikou úzce spjat. Poslední kapitola se orientuje na střídavou péči, její definici, podmínky, které jsou důležité pro splnění vhodnosti střídavé péče, kladné a záporné stránky. Závěr kapitoly je věnován zahraničnímu přístupu ke střídavé péči. Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on joint custody, as one of the forms of the post-divorce arrangements. The aim of this thesis is to describe joint custody with a emphasis on its positives and negatives. The thesis is dividend into free chapters. The first charter deals with the koncept of family, its development throughout history and its transformation at the present time. Afterwards it deals with the institution of marriage, not only its importace but also the conditions that are important for marriage. The sekond charter is focused on divorce issues, there are not only developments of the divorce, but also its types. Divorce is described from the legal point of view and also how influential i tis on children, thein perceptions and reactions. This charter is at the same time focused on forms of divorce cohabitation, where the exklusive care of one the parents and the common care belongs. In this charter, we are also confronted with the problem of the disdained parent syndrome, which is closely related to the divorce problematic. The last chapter focuses on the definitivion of joint custody, conditions that are important to the suitability of joint custody and the positive and negative aspects of it. The conclusion of the chapter is devoted to the international approach to joint custody.
