Methods of evaluating the quality of the DSGE model
Abstract:
Cílem práce je představení a aplikace vybraných metod hodnocení kvality a srovnání DSGE modelů. Nejprve jsou vybrané metody představeny a je zjišťována četnost využití těchto metod v odborné literatuře. Následně jsou představeny čtyři alternativní specifikace DSGE modelu a data využitá k simulacím a odhadům v praktické části práce. The aim of the thesis is the introduction and application of selected methods of quality evaluation and comparison of DSGE models. First, selected methods are introduced and the quantification of the use of these methods in economic literature is performed.
