The role of public administration in utilization and recultivation of postindustrial landscape

Abstract:

Cílem práce je obecné vymezení úlohy veřejné správy v oblasti péče o krajinu a jejího využití vzhledem k měnícím se nárokům a požadavkům společnosti v souvislosti s jejím fázovým posunem. Důraz je kladen na geografické aspekty dezindustrializace, včetně analýzy konkrétních příkladů a zhodnocení zda a v jaké míre je úloha veřejné správy v této oblasti plněna.

Abstract:

The aim of this work is the general definition of the role of public administration in the field of landscape care and its use in response to changing needs and requirements of the society in connection with its phase shift. Emphasis is placed on geographic aspects of deindustrialisation, including analysis of case studies and assess whether and to what extent is filled the role of public administration in this field.
