Abstract:
Práce se věnuje orchestrálním hráčům ve vybraných profesionálních orchestrech České republiky, zároveň popisuje celkový historický přínos orchestrů u nás. Mapuje životní situaci těchto zaměstnanců a souvislostí s tím spojených, tedy finanční stránku – vysvětluje tabulkový platový systém, další zaměstnání a celkovou životní úroveň, kterou zjišťuje na základě rozhovorů s vybranými umělci.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with orchestra musicians from selected Czech ansambles and describes the overall historical benefit of our orchestras. At the same time, it surveys the personal situation of the instrumentalists, namely financial matters, second jobs and their living standards.
