Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je literární rešerší. Zabývá se strukturními změnami DNA v promotoru c-myc genu a jejich detekcí. Sekvence promotoru může vytvářet lokální otevřené struktury DNA, mezi které patří triplexy a kvadruplexy. Práce se zejména zabývá strukturou a vznikem inter- a intramolekulárních triplexů, I-motivu a G-kvadruplexu. Chemické strukturní sondy nabízejí efektivní způsob jejich detekce a mají …more
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is literature retrieval. It deals with structural changes of DNA in the promoter of c-myc gene and their detection. The promoter sequence can create local-open DNA structures including triplexes and quadruplexes. This work especially deals with structure and creation of inter- and intramolecular triplexes, I-motiv and G-quadruplex. Chemical structural probes offer effective way …more
