Modern methods of quality control and management with the introduction of ISO 9001 standard
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na aplikaci normy ISO 9001 napříč celým sledovaným podnikem a jeho aplikaci ve vybraném podniku VistavInvest s.r.o. Na základě provedených analýz SWOT, PEST , dále analýzy sledování spokojenosti zákazníků a jejich reklamací. Výsledkem byla úspěšná aplikace managementu jakosti , dle ISO EN 9001:2015 a také získány důležité statistiky spokojenosti a reklamací zákazníků.
