Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením efektivity náboru nových zaměstnanců (vojáků z povolání) a posouzením konkurenceschopnosti Armády České republiky na trhu práce. Teoretická část (literární rešerše) se zabývá vysvětlením základních pojmů souvisejících se získáním nových zaměstnanců, kterými je nábor, rozhodování zájemců o zaměstnání, rozhodování firem a motivace. Popisuje Armádu ČR, její strukturu, její vlastnosti a její rozdělení a vysvětluje též jaké jsou požadavky pro vstup do Armády ČR a jakými způsoby je možné se stát jejím členem, tedy vojákem z povolání. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou prostřednictvím kvantitativní metody dotazníkového šetření za použití dotazníku. Zkoumá vlivy, které ovlivňují zájemce o vstup do Armády ČR a vyhodnocuje také jejich očekávání a naplnění jejich požadavků poté co se staly jejími členy. To vše je zkoumáno z pohledu délky služby v Armádě ČR. V závěru práce je též souhrn zjištěných skutečností a také několik návrhů pro zlepšení. Výsledek této práce je možná zdánlivě odhadnutelný, ale je důležité porovnání hodnot očekávání od tohoto zaměstnání před vstupem do řád zaměstnanců Armády České republiky a následně reálných zkušeností a závěrů zaměstnanců Armády České republiky, tedy vojáků z povolání. Důležitým faktorem při výběru tohoto zaměstnání na trhu práce je předně finanční a sociální jistota a možnost kariérního a osobního rozvoje. Ovšem po určité době služby v Armádě České republiky, jsou jako hlavní faktory nejlépe hodnoceny pocit jistoty a stabilita zaměstnání a následně možnosti kariérního a osobního rozvoje. Na čestném třetím místě se následně umístil konkurenceschopný plat a benefity. Nejčastějším informačním kanálem pro nové i současné členy Armády České republiky jsou sociální média a online reklama. Armáda České republiky je velkým konkurenceschopným zaměstnavatelem. Omezením výzkumu může být provedení výzkumu na dvou vojenských posádkách v jižních Čechách, a tedy provedení výzkumu pouze na části Armády ČR.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the evaluation of the effectiveness of the recruitment of new employees (professional soldiers) and the assessment of the competitiveness of the Army of the Czech Republic on the labor market. The theoretical part (literary research) deals with the explanation of basic concepts related to the acquisition of new employees, which are recruitment, decision-making by job seekers, decision-making by companies and motivation. It describes the Army of the Czech Republic, its structure, its characteristics and its division and also explains what the requirements are for joining the Army of the Czech Republic and in what ways it is possible to become a member of it, i.e. a professional soldier. The practical part deals with analysis through the quantitative method of questionnaire survey using a questionnaire. It examines the influences that affect those interested in joining the Army of the Czech Republic and also evaluates their expectations and the fulfillment of their requirements after they have become its members. All this is examined from the point of view of the length of service in the Army of the Czech Republic. At the end of the thesis, there is also a summary of the findings and several suggestions for improvement. The result of this work may seem to be predictable, but it is important to compare the values of expectations from this job before entering the ranks of the Army of the Czech Republic and then the real experiences and conclusions of the employees of the Army of the Czech Republic, i.e. professional soldiers. An important factor in choosing this job on the labor market is primarily financial and social security and the possibility of career and personal development. However, after a certain period of service in the Army of the Czech Republic, the main factors are the feeling of security and job stability, followed by the possibilities of career and personal development. Competitive salary and benefits were subsequently placed in third place. The most common information channel for new and current members of the Army of the Czech Republic is social media and online advertising. The Army of the Czech Republic is a large competitive employer. A limitation of the research may be the carrying out of the research on two military garrisons in southern Bohemia, and thus the carrying out of the research only on part of the Army of the Czech Republic.
