Accounting of municipalities

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce „Účetnictví obcí“ je hodnocení změn v oblasti účetnictví se zaměřením na výkaznictví způsobených novou právní úpravou. První část práce se věnuje definici pojmů, legislativním změnám a vymezení jednotlivých výkazů. Druhá část je zaměřena na praktický výzkum. Tento výzkum je rozdělen na tři části. V první části jsou vytvořeny výkazy podle nové legislativy. V druhé části jsou dotazovány účetní obcí a ve třetí části jsou osloveny kontrolní orgány. Závěr práce obsahuje shrnutí zjištěných poznatků.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis “Accounting of municipalities“ is to provide complex evaluation of changes in the area of accountancy focusing on audits caused by the implementation of new legislation. The first part of the thesis deals with defining of terms, legislative changes and limitations of particular reports. The second part is focused on practical research. The research is divided into three parts. In the first part the reports are formed in accordance with the new legislativ. In the second part accountants of municipalities are questioned and in the third part supervisory authorities are addressed. The conclusion of the thesis contains the summary of ascertained findings.
